Transition to LifeBridge ASEND

We are now accepting applications for our independent specialist college from September 2022.

LifeBridge ASEND

Please contact the college directly if you wish to arrange an individual appointment to visit us on 01204 391038 or email pmeare@lifebridge.co.uk.

Are you thinking of joining us?

Watch our transition video below.

Can I visit the college?

This year we have been unable to invite families in for our traditional open days. However, from September 2021 this will change and we will be able to allow you to come and visit us at LifeBridge. Keep an eye out for next academic years open day dates.

How to apply

We welcome applications at any time, however we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to allow enough time for you to make your post 19 decision.

Our transitions team can offer support and guidance to help you complete the application paperwork.

We will request additional information from your school and if your application is approved, we will carry out an assessment to determine whether we can meet your needs. We will keep you informed throughout the process about your application.
