Welcome to LifeBridge PLUS
At LifeBridge Plus we provide vital support for young adults to make a big difference to their lives. We organise regular social opportunities for our young adults to take part in meaningful activities, socialising with peers and being supported to increase resilience and independence.
We have activities to cater for everybody! From Arts and Craft sessions to accessible BMX sessions, cooking and walking! We also have a strong link with Bolton Wanderers Community Trust, who run weekly multi-sports sessions at Bolton Wanderers Stadium for LifeBridge Plus!
We are proud to have created an environment where everyone can flourish and feel at home. Whether this is through learning new skills, making new friendships or building confidence, there is a place here at LifeBridge Plus for everyone to develop, make friends and have fun!
