Pathway to Employment

Our 'Pathway to Employment' develops our learners' understanding of the world of work, giving them an opportunity to develop specific job related skills that fit their needs, abilities and interests.

The Employability team are dedicated in creating a personalised 'Employment Plan' to develop their individual goals and targets for their continuing employment journey.

We develop:

Transferable Functional Maths and English Skills
Knowledge of the different vocational areas

Customer Service Skills
Vocational Tasters
Work Placements
Individual Tutorials
 Job Coach support where needed
BTEC Workskills Award


​All learners on the 'Pathway to Employment' will take part in BTEC lessons and work towards a Workskills Award, taught at Entry 3 and Level 1.

Learners will also take part in lessons providing Accredited Functional Maths and Functional English skills.
